Group Sessions
At the All About Yoga studio I teach weekly Vinyasa Flow relaxation sessions in the evening. These are friendly and welcoming classes suitable for beginnings or people with more experience. With the intention to move and flow with the body and welcome a long relaxation to get you ready for bed. Please book onto class with Flow with Fleur at allaboutyoga.gg 

1 - 1 Sessions
If you are interested in starting yoga or have something specific you are working towards why not try 1-1 sessions. These sessions are fully tailored to your needs and we can work on goals bespoke to you. Working around your schedule, get in touch if you are interested and we can talk it through.
Pain Management
I also work closely with a Pain Management Consultant Nurse where we provide pain management yoga classes together. Utilising the movement and breath work of yoga with years of Consultant Nurse experience. We provide a block of classes at a time to work in a steady approach on your pain management journey.
